"Magic Pages" — a Sales Bot for Telegram, VK and MAX
A multichannel bot that takes a customer from the first message to a paid order: one scenario, one customer base, three messengers. In active development, with a website and own platform next.

The task
Turn social-media traffic into orders without a manager on every chat: the bot collects the order details, calculates the price, takes payment and reminds those who did not finish — in Telegram, VK and the new MAX messenger alike.
What I did
- Scenario design: greeting, product choice, step-by-step questionnaire with validation, price calculation, confirmation
- Order flow: payment, manager notification, result delivery to the customer
- Retention: reminders for abandoned orders, broadcasts and promos in the channel the customer started in
- Single customer base and statistics across all channels
- Telegram and VK are live, MAX is being connected on the same logic
- Stage one runs on BotHelp; stage two moves to own backend with an admin panel and a website
Result
The bot already takes orders in Telegram and VK; the MAX channel, the website and the own platform are in progress. A large product with a long roadmap, not a one-off bot.
